We will roll out an agile methodology (or “Scrum”) throughout the realization phase. Each phase will be followed by a development of a prototype (model) which will be shown during the following workshops to the CNOPS teams And so on : At the end of all the design workshops, a general review meeting of the model will be organized. Blocking points identified in previous meetings will need to be resolved.a. Workshops
