1.4 A backoffice to manage push notifications

Nous proposons d’ajouter une rubrique dans le backoffice permettant de gérer les notifications push envoyer aux applications mobiles. Ce module permettra de cibler les différents types d’utilisateurs et/ou applications

3 Technologies

1.1 Mobile version of the website:

The mobile version of the website will be developed in the context of web technologies: HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript, taking into account responsive design guidelines to make it suitable for tablets.

1.2 Mobile applications of online services

We propose the development of all mobile applications in hybrid mode allowing us to benefit from both good practices of web development as well as native. This mode is built on the Cordova Framework to generate a native application per platform.

We will use the AngularJS framework, which allows to create a single-page application adapted to mobile. This open source framework created by Google, allows to better structure the code to ensure proper maintenance thereafter.

4 Project methodology

4.1.1 Solution

We will roll out an agile methodology (or “Scrum”) throughout the realization phase. Each phase will be followed by a development of a prototype (model) which will be shown during the following workshops to the CNOPS teams And so on :

At the end of all the design workshops, a general review meeting of the model will be organized. Blocking points identified in previous meetings will need to be resolved.

The preparation is done by our teams who ask all the questions necessary to the project teams in order to frame and understand the best your functional and technical needs. The answers to these questions are used to:

Redefine the questions that will be asked of key users and identify the sub topics
Prepare the prototype that will be shown to illustrate and challenge the needs

The workshop is led by one of our consultants. The CNOPS project team collaborates during the meeting to ensure that the project perimeter is respected. A workshop report is sent to the CNOPS project team to ensure that your needs and expectations are understood.
